Okay, so after like 4 edits, I think I've finally got this right haha :P
Umm here's mine.
Brief synopsis: Random party doing chest-runs outside of Imperial Sanctum. This one guy dies, I happened to be running by so I decided to find a safe spot to "rebirth" the guy, then without even a thank-you, he just spazzes at me He has an IQ level of 185 :O
red dot = the guy
pink dot = other people in party (they didn't say much, infact they had their own little convo.)
blue dot = a friend of mine
white dot = me
http://img159.imageshack.us/my.php?image=g1vg9.png
Above^ - Ok, so he "says" he was lagging which I don't buy, it still doesn't justify his donkey-like behaviour. The last part where I censor out some of what I've said is pretty much "STFU" and "F"
And this was his attempt to further annoy me after he left the party (this is in a different run)
http://img133.imageshack.us/my.php?image=g2ww1.png
My favourite part is where he threatens me... trying to act all "gangster" on a game. I find that hilarious, I don't understand why peopole do that on games... especially Guild Wars where actual Player to Player harassment is pretty minimal. It's not like his Guild can follow me around Cantha/Tyria and KS/PK me. All they can really do is spam me with annoying msgs and even that can be countered with the nice little "ignore" feature.
I know this is stupid but this is the only time where I was "mad" enough to take screen-shots of. The level of stupidity was way beyond my level of comprehension.
Oh crap, I just realized I forgot to blob out one part >_> sorry.

Some guy wanted to trade mini pets with me, but when we went outside to check out each others pets he started othering me 14 mixed dyes for it saying they were golden and worth 5k each. When I said I was going he finally traded his pet with mine. Then kept spamming when I left about trading the dyes with the pet he gave me saying that it was his friend's birthday and he'd promised him a pet. Suffice to say I laughed in his face.

off topic: Maybe you character's inventory can't hold the trade gold? Say, have 95k while you try to accept a 10k trade.

Perhaps someone can explain this wierd behaviour...
I was sat in Shing Jea Monastry, quietly selling a few items I'd found. Note, they are not good items, and I would have given them away to new players, but our guild is currently saving up for a skills trainer, so I decided to sell them for a small amount... I had things like "Cruel Sickle of Pruning" (that one always makes me laugh - +15% vs PLANTS!!), a Gold Jug, a Gold Celestial staff, The pincers off that mantid boss in the sunqua vale - hardly great stuff, I don't think any of it was max damage, but I didn't really care - I wasn't trying to sell it for multiple platinums, more like 200g-1000g a piece (whatever I could get).
So I'm advertising a Gemstone Staff (for Mesmers) - one I got from the Collector in Altrumm Ruins for 5 Warden Horns. It's blue, a nice staff, nice looking item... I had sold one exactly the same, the day before, for 200g - so I knew it was saleable... I advertise it, and some ranger comes up to me and opens a trade window.
Nothing happens.
So I say "what did you want to see?" (assuming he'd seen me advertise something)
He says nothing
Eventually he puts up a Green staff, for Mesmers, with some rediculous health bonus on it (probably worth around 30-40k)... ooook.... I close the window and he runs away.
My question is - why did he feel the need to show me it? He wasn't trying to sell it (from what I could see anyway), so why show it to me? Was he trying to prove a point? Did he think I'd care if he had a green staff? After all, I only wanted 250g for mine or so, I wasn't trying to rip people off... Why do people show you their green staffs when you advertise something 'sub standard'??

Don't know where to begin. I meet so many assholes in this game it isn't even funny.
Like the monk in Thirsty River last night. He had some stupid l33t spaced out name, always a bad sign. Joined the group, first question he asked was, would he be able to use the word 'poo' in group chat, because other games blocked it........
....but he seemed to be doing an okay job of healing, so I let the moronity go unnoticed. Until a breastplate dropped. He then proceeded to spam group chat with 'omg breast! BREAST PLATE! BREAST!" repeatedly. I asked him how old he was, he said he was seventeen and was just trying to be funny.
Ten minutes later, we're at the last group of three you have to beat at Thirsty River, then he says 'bye' and leaves the party without any reason given. I PM him to ask him why he'd ruin the party and got a load of 'noob' comments in reply and a threat to report me because I (quite rightly) cussed him out for completely spoiling the group. ARRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I also had some some guy cus me out in a group once, because someone asked me what type of Necro I was using. I said 'MM', then he proceeded to rant at me for about ten minutes, because I used capital letters O.O
I think I'm an asshole magnet.

This caught my eye. Now i know that netiquette states that you shouldn't type in ALL CAPS, but that's taking the matter too far. abbreviations were always meant to be in caps, the fool that he is.

I remember when i was training up a warrior character (which didn't go so well, so he doesn't exist anymore ) Anywho, i was in presearing, when these guys all started arguing amongst themselves and being right pricks, almost like runescape noobs. I expressed my opinion as such:
"look out, runescape noobism is coming to Guild Wars!"
I almost instantly recieved kudos for my comment, including something like "Yeah, you tell em" over PM ^.^ i think i shut them up too ^.^

Yes, but since you were buying from him, maybe he had over 95k on him.
This actually happened to me last night for the first time. I tried to trade 5k for a Totem Axe, and the first few times we tried to trade and it cancelled us both out over and over. Then I realized I had no room in my inventory. OK, so I drop one item in my bank, try again. Same thing, over and over. Then the guy realizes he's got a full 100k on him. Once he dumped some money in storage, we tried again and it worked fine. No scam, it really happens.
GW really should tell you why the transaction is being cancelled, instead of just being cancelled. It ends up looking like the 'other guy's fault', when it most likely isn't. Heh, turns out you might've been the jerk in that case, not knowing this. Not that you were trying to be, just sayin.

Uh oh. *sweatsweatsweat* If i had known i would probably had asked him ^.^ Perhaps ANet should do that (tell you the reason the trade was cancelled) sometime soon.

hehe, i might well have been. Dangit, now i've gone into a cringing fit. Perhaps it was my mistake after all. Although the screwing around with the celestial stuff when i clearly placed an order for a perfect gold max smiting rod kinda made me lose trust in him.

=( being a jerk (well, almost) few nights ago...
doing boreas sea bed with a pug...
me a monk, joined, asked every1 if they had brought interrupt for the zen kenku (or what ever)'s jade something...
iirc, it knocks down + dmg sh*t loads, making monk's life a misery.
not team mates were enthusiastic, so i was like, ok meh, guess they know what they are doing...
only AFTER mission has started, did i realise 3/7 of them are none english speaking. ... having had a good exp with a french pug before, i was like who cares, mo shouldn't care, all she had to do is heal...
so we killed 3 grps of luxons, got spear, then the necro who holds the spear spams (YES! literally, spams the spear)...
then, we got on the jade sea, where there are mobs patrolling area... more than 2 members have leadership complexes, and points towards 3 different mobs... so we ended up fighting all three simultaneously...
then the BIG finale, fighting zu hanuku, where i can do nothing but being knocked down 24/7 and being interrupted and unable to heal...
so we are down to 3 people, no healers, and call i can do is watch zu hanuku casting jade fury (?!) and watch team mate lose chunks of hp, whilst doing nothing (yes i was dead then)
then i half rage quitted ('cause my parents came home)
/ranting...
3rd time rage quitted ...

i've been noticing on this thread that a lot of the jerks use alternate spellings of the F word, the funniest example being 'FOOKING' which was more than a hundred pages ago ^.^ Therefore i believe jerks are also idiots, as they clearly can't see there's an adjustable filter. it also leads me to believe they come to guildwars from such games as runescape, where swearing is immediately filtered and reportable for a ban. Anywho i should actually go play some GW now ^.^ If i meet any jerks i'll tell you about them!
